The Bar
The Bar is the heart and soul of the Club and dominated by a spectacular model of the luxury 1920s Italian liner, the Saturnia. Its catholic mix of vintage photographs, memorabilia and paintings create an intriguing setting in which to meet friends and clients. As well as a fine selection of whiskies, gins and cocktails, the Bar Menu offers a more informal alternative to the à la carte.
Cocktails with umbrellas, curious garnishes, on fire or in oddly shaped glasses are actively avoided. Rather, the Bar pours barrel-aged Negronis and mixes 1½ Martinis, the idea being that one is not enough, and two is - perhaps - too many.
This space is perfect for meetings during the day, pre or post-dinner drinks, as well as special cocktail making lessons.

The Dining Room
The Club’s elegant and welcoming Dining Room is painted in the Club’s own joyful blend known as Walbrook Pink and overlooks Wren’s garden of St Stephen Walbrook. The décor comprises contemporary and non-contemporary art, quirky objects and a dash across the ceiling to replicate the ‘broken plates’ on display by the artist Richard Wentworth. During the evenings candles and gas lamps illuminating each table accentuate its warm atmosphere. Guests are often enamoured by the room’s character, which is matched only by the high standards of fine dining.
In addition to reserving a table or hosting a private breakfast, lunch or dinner, the Dining Room is well-suited to business-orientated events requiring screens and other equipment and can be arranged or reconfigured any which way depending on numbers and instruction.

The Green Room
Under the esoteric gaze of a remarkable photograph of the famously camera-shy scholar and warrior, Lawrence of Arabia, and adjacent to the Dining Room, stands the Green Room. It is an intimate and refined space in which to dine or to conduct a meeting. Indeed, a polite arm wrestle amongst Members ensues to host in this stylish room. The pretty Victorian table and chairs combine effortlessly with a striking painting by the renowned cityscape artist, Ben Johnson, which gives an infinite perspective of the interior of The Cini Foundation in Venice.
When it was a family office, the accountant once occupied this space. His presence has been exorcised by working breakfasts, spirited lunches and animated dinners, each wrapped in chic William Morris wallpaper. For private events requiring extra space, the Green Room can be booked in tandem with the Dining Room.

The Oak Room
The Oak Room is on the lower ground floor and known informally as the M&A Room. It is one of the most private rooms in town, with its sequestered walls panelled in pale English oak and laying claim to its own servery. The table and comfortable armchairs were designed by Bauhaus master Mies van der Rohe and its interesting mix of Yayoi Kusama’s Pumpkins, hanging alongside an array of Beatles memorabilia, serve to complement its unexpected and timeless style.
The room provides the utmost discretion for private dining, drinks, interviews, negotiations, meetings and much more besides. At night, with lights dimmed, Members are transported to a boardroom in New York long before the fishbowl concept took over.
